We are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead our growth strategies and oversee the development of user lifecycle initiatives.

This role requires an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in Fintech, payments, or SAAS. Proficiency in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, and VWO is essential, along with a solid understanding of analytics and experimentation principles.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing and be able to plan and manage paid campaigns, drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition, and engagement. They will also design lifecycle journeys to improve LTV and reduce churn, run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Managing teams to achieve marketing objectives
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of CAC:LTV ratios and their impact on business performance
