  • Sales Representation

This involves representing the company in various capacities, including managing relationships with channel partners and end customers. The goal is to identify new opportunities, expand customer reach, and enhance account penetration through strategic partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy Development

To achieve assigned sales quotas and business objectives, you will develop approaches and strategies that meet the needs of our partners and customers. This includes working closely with partner teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that drive revenue growth.

  • Indirect Sales Quota

You are responsible for ensuring successful achievement of indirect quotas assigned to respective channels. This requires effective management of partner relationships, monitoring of sales performance, and provision of support to ensure target achievement.

  • Partnership & Relationship Management

Maintaining strong relationships with partner teams is crucial to gaining insight into business dynamics and improving collaboration. You will conduct regular customer visits to understand and address customer requirements, positioning our products effectively and equipping partner teams with the right sales skills.

  • Solution Development & Technical Expertise

You will develop technical knowledge to understand customer applications, propose appropriate solutions, and communicate value propositions effectively. Additionally, you will guide partner teams to enhance their technical and selling skills, enabling them to become solution providers for customers.

  • Business Growth & Collaboration

Influencing necessary activities for business growth through strong relationships with partners is key to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Accounts, CRM) for planning and execution of Marketing programs, Co-op activities, and demand generation.

  • Reporting & Forecasting

Proper funnel management and accurate forecasting by partner teams are essential. You will ensure timely report submissions from partners as required and provide periodic business reviews to partner teams with constructive feedback.
