Job Opportunity: Customer Escalation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our support team as a Customer Escalations Associate/Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and proven experience in resolving complex customer queries.

The role requires timely and effective resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular feedback collection and VOC analysis. Collaborating with internal and external teams is also crucial for efficient issue resolution.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • A champion of customer-centricity and empathy
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization
  • 1+ years of experience in L3 / CEO / Social Media escalations role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk)
