Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to manage day-to-day merchandising activities. This includes overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of merchandising strategies to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in merchandising practices and strategies is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
