Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who is passionate about brand strategy, performance marketing, campaign execution, and driving measurable growth across digital and offline channels.

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to shape and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals. You will be responsible for building and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and optimizing for ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Work with leadership to define marketing objectives, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, SEO) and offline channels.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign content, creatives, landing pages, and messaging in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize based on results, and report ROI and key learnings.
Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Manage performance marketing initiatives including paid ads, retargeting, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
  • Improve website traffic and conversions through ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization strategies.
  • Track metrics such as CTR, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and more to continuously improve marketing performance.
Brand & Content
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to deliver compelling brand stories, blogs, social media posts, and case studies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop communication strategies for product launches, events, and promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product roadmap.
  • Provide sales enablement tools, pitch decks, and marketing collateral to support conversion.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Own the marketing dashboard and maintain a clear view of overall marketing health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaign planning, and performance analytics.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or no-code platforms.
