Marketing Manager

This is a great opportunity for talented people who can develop as Marketing Manager who will have the mission to create content from raw data provided by our field team, managing digital platforms, coordinating marketing material with agronomists, collaborating with vendors, and organizing events. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with local publications for print media coverage. The Marketing Manager works closely with the State Sales Manager and reports to the Director of SQM India Private Limited. This role will coordinate on a regular basis with SQM's global marketing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content creation:

- Develop engaging and informative content from raw data collected by field team members, including agronomists and field assistants.
- Ensure the content aligns with the company's marketing strategy and objectives.

Digital platform Management:

- Upload and manage content on various social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach.

Marketing Material Finalization:

- Collaborate with agronomists to finalize marketing material content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate with vendors for the design and production of marketing materials.

Vendor Coordination:

- Identify and establish relationships with vendors for marketing material design and production.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.

Event Management:

- Plan and execute events within the state, promoting the company's products and services.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure successful event organization and participation.

Print Media Coordinator:

- Work with local publications to secure coverage and advertisements in print media.
- Develop press releases and other print media content in coordination with the marketing team

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

- Degree in Marketing & Communication.
- Minimum 5-10 years of proven, relevant experience. Experience in the Agri Industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi.
- Professional level of communication skills in English (speak-write-read), adequate for professional execution of the job in a global organization. Additional other local languages will be a plus.
- Well-skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of successful content creation and digital campaign management, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in coordinating with vendors and managing external relationships. Additionally, the ability to organize and manage events effectively is crucial for this role
