Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception through to final delivery. This dynamic position requires effective multitasking as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Multifaceted Project Management: Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Comprehensive Project Planning: Showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in Site Management: Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Vendor Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the Bangalore region, to support project requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication Excellence: Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the in-house team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Project Management Expertise: Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  2. Educational Background: Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  3. Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  4. Technological Proficiency: Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  5. Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  6. Pressure Handling and Independence: Work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

This role involves inter-city travel and deployment on project basis.
