Senior Credit Research Professional
  • Oversee the end-to-end client management process for credit research assignments, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of results.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the non-banking financial company (NBFC) landscape, focusing on operational and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain expertise in credit research processes, including company analysis, annual report review, peer analysis, and industry overview, to provide high-quality insights to clients.
  • Lead a team of analysts, guiding them in day-to-day operations and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain regular connections with clients through daily discussions, output presentations, and timely management information systems (MIS), ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance protocols as defined by regulatory bodies and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics in all business dealings.
