Senior Research Analyst - Credit Risk and Research

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Research Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in credit analysis and research. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality research and analytical support to our clients, delivering insightful reports and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk and provide recommendations on lending decisions.
  • Research: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, gathering and analyzing market intelligence to inform business strategies.
  • Reporting: Design and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients, summarizing complex data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in credit analysis and research, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
