Job Overview:

The Global Service Delivery Director oversees US and India-based IT managed service delivery operations, ensuring standardized documentation, process enhancements, and accountability across all service delivery functions.

This role requires extensive travel to the US to manage US client operations and align global service delivery standards. The position is a member of our executive leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead US-based service delivery teams and India-based service desk operations in a 24/7/365 environment
  • Drive process improvements, ensure documentation standards, and maintain accountability across all service delivery functions
  • Travel to the US for collaboration, training, and strategic alignment

Essential Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in an MSP environment with direct accountability for global service delivery operations
  • Hands-on experience managing both US-based and India-based service delivery teams
  • Extensive experience with ConnectWise suite of applications and Bright Gauge reporting and analytics

Tech Requirements:

  • Solid technical foundation in workstations, servers, network equipment, and MSP support tools/techniques
  • Familiarity with School Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
