About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our team in ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute security strategies that support business objectives.
- Ensure effective deployment of security resources to minimize risks and maximize results.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in security leadership or similar roles, or 4 years of experience plus 3 years as an officer at a relevant law enforcement organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in a related field, and formal security training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
Reports To: Senior Management through the Cluster Security Manager (CSM) - South, who oversees overall security operations in the cluster.
