Position: Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate (Goa)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at The Windsouls, specialising in luxury real estate across India. This role will involve managing high-end property sales in Goa and across other locations in India, while engaging with affluent clientele, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive & close direct-sales for luxury real estate projects.
  • Establish and manage connections with channel partners/brokers to generate and convert leads effectively.
  • Actively engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Maintain and update an organize database of clients, leads, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with good sales closure track-record.
  • Strong network and established relationships with real estate brokers across India.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to achieve tasks independently and work with a team, as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess personal transportation for site visits and meetings.

Location:

  • Reporting office is based in Pilerne, North Goa.
  • May need to visit Delhi head-office occasionally and travel across India.

Remuneration:

  • Salary will be based on experience and track-record in sales.
  • Generous incentives for closures.
