Network Engineer Position

This is a senior-level position requiring significant experience in network engineering and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with vendors for link down/related issues.
  • Detecting and responding to incidents proactively, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels.
  • Delivering regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization.
SD WAN Solutions
  • Managing private links ensuring high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Managing SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions.
  • Providing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Network WAN Management
  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management.
LAN/Wi-Fi Infrastructure
  • Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Compliance and Documentation
  • Participating in all audits requested by customers, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Completing all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.

Required Technical Skill Set:

  • Lan, Wi-Fi, Cisco SDWAN, Routing, Switching, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Aruba Controller & Clear pass.

Certification Recommended:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core.
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN.
