Transaction Advisory Services Consultant Opportunity
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our transaction advisory services team. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality results by analyzing large volumes of data, building Excel workbooks and schedules, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough financial due diligence on target companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform strategic decision-making
- Evaluate operational trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and assist with quality of earnings adjustments, net working capital analysis, and indebtedness analysis
- A minimum of three years' experience in transaction services or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Chartered Accountant/CPA license is an added advantage
