Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisory Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), analytics, and deal support.
- Transaction Databooks/Workbooks – Delivered with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with standards
- Deal Team Collaboration – Trusted contributor on live deals, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent delivery
- FDD Reporting – Drafted key sections: Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits
- Financial Analyses – Skilled in Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments
- Management Discussions – Prepared decks, led sections in calls, and managed client communications
- Digital Tools – Leveraged Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms for enhanced speed and data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 + Years of relevant experience from a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent experience in Financial Due Diligence.
- Qualification : CA / CPA / MBA(Finance)
- Team management / People management exp.
- Understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Ratio analysis, Accounting Standards, Financial Concepts.
