Executive in PPP Transaction Advisory

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in PPP transaction advisory. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring and advising on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
- Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
- Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
- Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
- Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
- Expertise in PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
