Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating and sourcing, acquiring, executing, and delivering high-quality Valuation and Advisory assignments to esteemed clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, and informed opinions to empower senior management decision-making.
  • Present actionable economic, industry, and business development insights to provide effective and efficient informed opinions.
  • Execute in-depth Feasibility Studies including market overview, strategy formulation, benchmarking of comparable projects, demand-supply analysis, rent roll analysis, cash flow analysis, and due-diligence exercise.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client competitors using publicly available information and third-party reports to prepare transaction comps for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and coordinate with landlords, IPCs, government officials, and legal counsels for due diligence, valuation, deal, and tax structuring, documentation, land evaluation, etc.
  • Pursue end-to-end deal advisory with both landlords and successfully close land and investment transactions.
  • Assist in negotiations, documentation, and monitoring of land acquisitions and JV's.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM Finance
  • Certificate in Property Valuations by Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years experience in the relevant domain
