Financial Expert Wanted

Ours is a unique opportunity to lead the finance charter and strengthen the governance framework by validating financial targets, setting up budgetary controls, and controllership functions.

The successful candidate will define key performance indicators, manage monthly close processes, audits, and procurement, ensuring strong familiarity with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Corporate Finance for India and external and internal reporting of financial information, including month-end close process and annual audits.
  • Manage Treasury, payment gateway, and Banking relationships.
  • Develop expertise in Financial Models, AOP, and ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Understand unit-level metrics and ensure compliance with US and India taxes.
  • Maintain secretarial and legal contracts.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
  • Strong Excel modelling skills and hands-on expertise on ERP Systems, process implementation.
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy.
  • Maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to express complex ideas in a concise manner.
