Role: Strategic Finance Leader

We seek a seasoned finance expert to spearhead our end-to-end financial operations. As a strategic finance leader, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models to inform business decisions
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead FP&A initiatives to drive financial performance and improve decision-making
  • Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, driving business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A and leadership
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing finance teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Certifications: CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance
