Financial Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled financial operations manager to oversee our financial activities. This key role involves managing the day-to-day financial functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting entry postings and maintenance of proper records.
  • Petty cash entries and bank reconciliations management.
  • Preparation of workings and filing of GST/TDS returns.
  • Generation and timely dispatch of sales invoices in ERP system.
  • Accounts payable and receivables management.
  • Travel and hotel bookings for the organization with budget adherence.
  • Employee reimbursement handling according to company policy.
  • Maintenance of office supplies stock, pantry items, and HR joining kit, ensuring timely vendor payments.
  • Office utilities management, including AC, internet, electricity, water, etc., with timely payments.
  • Renewal and servicing of AMC contracts like AC, pest control, coffee machine, etc.
  • Expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents maintenance in physical and scanned copies.
  • Preparation of final accounts and assistance in statutory and transfer pricing audits.
  • Additional accounting or administrative tasks as per requirements.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting/commerce.
