Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Specialist to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules for clients across various industries.

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using best practices.

Functional Consulting:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.

Testing & Deployment:

  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Project Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and solution validation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2-3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
