
Human Resources and Administration Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and career development
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management
- Manage company policies, contracts, and documentation
- Support finance coordination, including payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR & administration, preferably in IT/Tech
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set up scalable processes in a growing company
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ex-servicemen with proven leadership and discipline
- Experience in administrative and business development roles
