Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function for a dynamic retail environment, ensuring effective workforce management and compliance with labor laws. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR operations tailored to meet business needs.

Talent Acquisition & Staffing: The ideal candidate will lead recruitment for various functions, ensure timely hiring and onboarding, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.

Employee Relations: Our organization is seeking an individual who can address grievances, maintain a healthy work culture, and ensure high employee engagement levels. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex workplace issues and provide support to employees at all levels.

Performance Management: We are looking for an expert who can implement appraisal systems, set KPIs aligned with business targets, and support career development initiatives. The ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights is essential.

Training & Development: The Human Resources Manager will identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs for various staff groups, and develop a comprehensive training strategy that meets the evolving needs of our organization.

HR Operations: Our ideal candidate will manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is required.

Policies & Compliance: We require someone who can draft and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain a culture of transparency and accountability.

Employee Retention: The successful candidate will drive employee motivation programs, reduce attrition, and promote long-term retention in retail operations. A deep understanding of what drives employee engagement and motivation is essential.

HR Data & Reporting: Our organization requires someone who can maintain HR MIS, generate reports on headcount, attrition, and manpower planning, and provide insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
  • Ability to manage diverse workforce including sales, warehouse, and support staff.
