Project Coordinator Role:

This position involves providing project management and logistical support to a team of corporate volunteers delivering pro bono consulting services to local social sector organizations in Bengaluru.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop Scope of Works (SOWs) reflecting the specific areas of intervention requested by local host client organizations.
  • Support local host client organizations in preparing for the arrival of corporate volunteers and ensuring stakeholder meetings are arranged.
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers in advance of their arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Provide advice and guidance to corporate volunteers on SOW delivery.
  • Act as the on-the-ground interface between our organization and partner organizations in Bengaluru.

Logistics:

  • Coordinate accommodations and transportation in Bengaluru for corporate volunteers.
  • Organize program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host client organizations.
  • Prepare guides and suggestions for project participants.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Bengaluru with area familiarity.
  • College degree in project management, organizational development, sustainability, NGO management, impact investing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
