We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural principles and be able to translate this knowledge into clear and concise diagrams using AutoCAD. This individual should have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects related to project completion, including diligent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Regular quality assurance checks are also crucial to ensure adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed plans and drawings that accurately reflect the architectural design of the project.
  • Apply expertise in engineering, mathematics, science, and materials to create an ideal finished product.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations to guarantee quality work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and provide recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction and architecture.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
