Job Title: Senior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design process and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Ensure that all designs are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate construction site (high-end residential, hotel, and commercial)
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in construction project management for real estate sites
  • Strong background in architecture and project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
