Architect Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
    • Overseeing all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Design Development
    • Creating blueprints and architectural designs using REVIT and other software tools.
    • Developing and interpreting structural designs and plans.
  • Client Communication
    • Communicating project status and completion timelines to clients.
    • Explaining design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervising junior architects and assigning tasks.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Quality Control
    • Maintaining high standards of quality and excellence in all projects.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in REVIT and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture or related field.
