Job Description:

Senior Credentialing Specialist positions are available for experienced professionals with a strong background in end-to-end provider enrollments, insurance credentialing, and contract management.

  • Manage the full spectrum of provider credentialing and enrollment, including filing letters of interest and completing enrollment applications.
  • Engage with payers via calls and emails to ensure the successful processing of individual and group applications.
  • Submit required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, and other government programs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring the active status of providers with payers.

Key Responsibilities include handling end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on various platforms, managing application and renewal processes for provider licenses, and ensuring continuous updating and maintenance of client and application data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and payers.
