**Job Title:** Senior Healthcare Provider

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate senior healthcare provider to join our team. This is a full-time remote role that requires the healthcare professional to provide patient care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and document patient information.

  • **Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including conducting assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
  • Ensure patient safety and quality of care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Work independently and remotely, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and patients.

**Requirements:**

  • Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong clinical skills related to patient care, assessment, and medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a relevant healthcare setting is a plus.
