We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Representative, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations and insurance procedures. They will be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions quickly.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Additionally, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be able to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of experience in healthcare BPO
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Good typing skills (25 WPM) and experience using Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
