The primary objective of this role is to ensure data quality and integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close partnerships with finance teams to guarantee that data requirements are met for timely and accurate reporting and analysis in support of business objectives.
  • Promote adherence to established data governance practices and drive acceptance of enterprise data standards across various business segments.
  • Advise stakeholders on data governance-related matters in relevant domains, focusing on business use of data.
  • Monitor operational incidents, support root cause analysis, and propose ways to optimize data governance frameworks.
  • Provide recommendations and supporting documentation for new or proposed data standards, business rules, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in data governance or management within a global company Strong understanding of data ingestion, consumption, quality, and stewardship.
  • 7+ years of experience working with data across multiple domains, associated processes, systems, and usage.
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience designing standards for data cataloging processes and tools.
Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of master data elements and processes related to data across multiple domains
  • Understanding of transactional data usage in financial planning
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to foster lasting partnerships
