We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Manager to lead our team in managing and maintaining the accuracy of our master data.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the validation of data requests, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to resolve operational data issues.

The successful candidate will have experience in enterprise applications such as SAP and Oracle, and a strong background in data management and governance. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to drive prioritization across different projects and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Specialists and Analysts
  • Validating data requests against business rules and procedures
  • Ensuring accurate data entry in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to improve data workflows
  • Implementing continuous improvements in master data processes
  • Migrating and integrating data across platforms

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, 6-8 years of experience in enterprise applications, and proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
