We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, drafting and reviewing correspondence, emails, and legal documentation, handling confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining records, files, and ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with clients, courts, and other stakeholders, organizing travel and accommodation arrangements if required, and assisting with administrative tasks to streamline office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
