We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist at TIGI HR in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of ₹420,000 per annum.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our senior executives.
Job Description- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with general administrative tasks like data entry, document filing, and mail distribution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior executives, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, setting up meetings, and providing information to senior executives.
- Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing systems and contacts databases.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare business reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Track performance and productivity reports of teams and submit to Executive Directors on a weekly basis.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, experience in secretarial roles, and a strong educational background in any graduation. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
