Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve organizational goals.
- Financial Management: Manage financial resources, including cash flow, investments, and debt management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to financial management.

Requirements:- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
