Order Management Professional

Our organization is seeking an Order Management Associate to join our team.

  • Process sales orders for our sales divisions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Develop documentation related to support, including procedures and guidelines.
  • Plan and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Arrange the distribution of products, working closely with logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Solve problems in cases of product returns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Place orders, process return requests, and enter credits in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, ordering procedures, special orders, pricing, quotes, problems, returns, and shipping.
  • Communicate with customers about order status, any delays, or problems with their requests.
  • Serve as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Provide information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to expedite processing of damaged and defective merchandise.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in international processes; specialization in Order Management is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience liaising with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, learn more, and be flexible.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Access (optional).
  • Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assume accountability for issues until final resolution.
  • Flexible to night shifts is mandatory (9:00 pm to 6:00 am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in coordinating logistics and supply chain operations.
