Customer Order Management Executive

As a Customer Order Management Executive, you are responsible for handling orders from customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining excellent customer service.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Researching potential customers, developing leads, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Solution Management: Coordinating sales efforts, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Negotiating and finalizing technical and commercial agreements with customers to meet their needs.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring smooth order fulfillment, coordinating with production and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tech Background: A solid technical background, preferably in Mechanical engineering to support the team's work.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
