Drive business growth by leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights in the pharmaceutical industry.

This role requires a seasoned professional to establish and lead an analytics capability center in India, collaborating closely with onsite stakeholders to transition projects from the US to India.

  • Develop and execute secondary data analytics projects to address complex business challenges, including market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
