As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing operational risks across various departments. This involves developing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential operational risks.

Risk Mitigation Strategies:

  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the likelihood of adverse events.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure a robust risk management framework.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management to inform decision-making.

Third Party Risk Management:

  • Manage third-party interactions, including external risk assessments and issues, to mitigate potential risks associated with these interactions.

Policy Development:

  • Collaborate in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a risk management role is preferred.
