Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned PPC and Growth Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in PPC management, with expertise in target keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.

This position requires a strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Set up and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Target Keyword Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that drive conversions.
  • Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Paid Social Media Management: Manage and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • E-commerce Setup Experience: Experience with e-commerce setup is preferred but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • PPC Experience: 4+ years of experience in PPC management, with expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel to analyze and present data.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the team.
