Job Title: Digital Content Marketing Specialist

  4. Analyse social performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and reach.
  5. Maintain the upkeep of all social platforms, including post scheduling, tagging, profile hygiene, and platform-specific requirements.
  6. Benchmark against competitors and monitor industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into broader marketing strategies, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and analytics tools.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and collaborative team player.
