Job Description:

A seasoned Bid and Offer Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the growth of our business.

This includes managing the end-to-end bid process, from value proposition strategy development to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In cooperation with Technical Direction and Business Organizations:
  • Pre-sales
  • Ensure offers and project references readiness
  • Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks
  • Support coordination (BU, TD and Global Pre-sales), define and follow action plans for major RFI/RFP
  • Support new business strategy and development
  • Bid Management
  • Support BM and TD in the use of CRM tool during the bid process
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of industry experience as a Bid and Offer Manager
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
