Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating tenders received from design, construction, and infrastructure packages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing tender estimates to ensure alignment with budget provisions
  • Interacting with design and execution teams to assess tender requirements
  • Finalizing project concepts, detailed designs, and cost control reports
  • Monitoring costs and assessing variance to ensure project deliverables are met within budget
  • Collaborating with interdepartmental teams to resolve project issues and implement process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry
  • Skills:
    • Exposure to BOQ standardization, safety requirements, and tender package management
    • Ability to solve complex problems, take initiative, and plan tasks efficiently
    • Flexibility to work extra hours when projects require it
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
