**Job Title: Finance Specialist – US Accounting**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our US Healthcare Recruitment Division.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyzing variances and trends

Reporting & Analysis

  • Preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and improve profitability

Cash & Treasury Management

  • Monitoring and managing cash flow and working capital; maintaining banking relationships
  • Overseeing treasury functions: lines of credit, interest, FX exposure, liquidity

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls
  • Coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors/tax advisors

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervising finance/accounting staff, providing coaching and performance management
  • Working cross-functionally (e.g., with sales, procurement, ops) for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis
