Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, leading by example and providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its targets. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve their sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
