Job Overview

Atlantis Migration Consultants is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Cochin, Kerala. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and managing talent pipelines, with a focus on maintaining high standards of professionalism in candidate interactions and recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including social media channels, job boards, and professional networks, vital for identifying qualified candidates.
- Skilled in interview coordination, including scheduling, communication, and logistics, to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Proven expertise in resume screening to quickly assess potential candidates against position requirements.
- Experience in creating and managing job postings, including writing compelling job descriptions to attract suitable applicants.
- Effectively manage and develop talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems to streamline and manage recruitment process efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with candidates and team members professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, crucial for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruitment needs and define candidate requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Manage job postings and ensure job advertisements are accurate, compelling, and positioned for maximum exposure.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates for hiring consideration.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics to aid in decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
