Job Title: Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes daily store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Follows company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure a safe working environment for all partners.
  • Ensures proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.
  • Follows up with baristas during the shift to guarantee exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Maintains regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to company expectations.
  • Prepares and presents high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Recognizes and celebrates individual and team accomplishments using existing organizational tools and collaborating with management to find innovative recognition methods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising teams in a retail setting.
