We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

- Supports new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing constructive feedback when needed.
- Provides actionable insights to the store manager on partner performance during each shift.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by recognizing changes in team morale and communicating them to management.
- Creates a supportive learning environment by offering clear, specific, and respectful guidance and feedback to partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Delivers legendary customer service by acting with a customer-centric mindset and building strong connections with customers.
- Develops strong relationships with shift team members by understanding individual motivations, needs, and concerns.
- Executes daily store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follows company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure a safe working environment for all partners.
- Ensures proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.
- Follows up with baristas during the shift to guarantee exceptional customer service delivery.
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to company expectations.
- Prepares and presents high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognizes and celebrates individual and team accomplishments using existing organizational tools and collaborating with management to find innovative recognition methods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising teams in a retail setting.
