As a Student Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students to make informed decisions throughout their university application journey.

  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent is essential.
  • A passion for helping students and providing them with impartial and honest advice on studying abroad is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are must-haves - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills are required.
  • Previous experience in counselling students, preferably from the study abroad sector, is highly desirable.

Maintaining accurate and clear records at all times in our CRM system is vital. Flexibility and willingness to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing unbiased guidance to students on studying abroad is a key aspect of this role.
  • Conducting presentations and talks on behalf of Edvoy in webinars/seminars and virtual counselling via Zoom and Google meet is also a requirement.
  • Maintaining records of student interactions and providing regular updates to management is crucial.
