As a Jr. UK Visa Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students who aspire to pursue higher studies in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Student Support: Provide first-level counselling for UK study inquiries, explaining visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists.
- Application Processing: Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment, follow up with partners for offer letters, and support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
- Visa Preparation: Prepare students for CAS interviews, fill and verify UK visa forms, assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents, and submit final visa applications through B2B partner systems.
Post-Visa Support: Assist students in pre-departure activities, maintain regular communication until the student departs, and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
