Financial Planning and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and success.

About the Role
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with financial goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, including variance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial summaries.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with departmental heads to provide financial support and advice on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Scenario Planning: Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial implications of different business strategies or external factors.
  • Cost Management: Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives while ensuring that business needs are met.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and report on cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis for special projects, investments, and new business initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and planning processes, tools, and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial planning activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
